Membership Validity:
The membership card is valid for a duration of one year from registration.
Membership Benefits:
Members will be entitled to the benefits and privileges associated with the membership card as outlined by the hotel management, subject to any limitations or exclusions specified. Kindly note that the certificate has no cash value and following offers cannot be combined with each other - “15% Off Total Bill at Buzz” ; “2+1 on Drinks at Buzz” ; “20% Off for Large Groups at Buzz”.
Membership Fees:
Membership fees, if applicable, are to be paid as per the terms provided by the hotel management, including any one-time fees or annual renewal fees.
Membership Card Usage:
Members must present their valid membership card at the time of availing any benefits or services. The membership card is non-transferable and can only be used by the named member under his/her presence. Any misuse or unauthorised use of the membership card may result in termination of membership.
Booking and Reservations:
Room reservations must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to the desired stay. Complimentary cake orders are to be made atleast 1 day in advance. Reservation for the use of spa certificate must be made 24 hours in advance and the benefit is valid for one guest. This may include adhering to any advance notice requirements and abiding by the hotel management's cancellation policies.
Discounts and Offers:
Members are eligible to avail themselves of discounts, offers, and promotions as specified by the hotel management. Certain terms and conditions may apply, such as minimum spend requirements, blackout dates, or restrictions on combining offers. Cover Charges will be applicable on members for only three events in a year, i.e. "Valentine's Day" ; "Christmas" and "New Year". Also, no other offers or discounts will be applicable on these events.
Lost or Stolen Cards:
In the event of a lost or stolen membership card, members should promptly report the incident to the hotel management. The hotel management will provide instructions for obtaining a replacement card, at a nominal charge of INR 500/-.
Termination and Refunds:
Membership cannot be canceled or refunded. Management reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership for misconduct.
Modification of Terms:
The hotel management reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the membership card. Reasonable notice on e-mail will be provided to members regarding any changes.
Governing Law:
The membership card and any disputes arising from its use shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified by the Hotel Management and Rudrapur Jurisdiction.
